Another Prophecy against Babylon

1 Thus says the Lord:
    Against Babylon and the inhabitants of Chaldea
    I will rouse a destructive wind.
2 I will send foreigners to Babylon
    to winnow her and lay waste her land.
They will besiege her from all sides
    on the day of disaster.
